WHO IS DEREK KIRK?
In 1986, he was living in the United States, just twenty years old and graduating with honors from Santa Rosa Junior College. Derek went directly to Sac State and graduated in Business Administration with a degree in finance in 1989.
Armed with twenty three years of world experiences and a complete education he was ready to take the business industry by storm, beginning in Loan Servicing where he specialized in property taxes and loss mitigation.
In 1991 at the age of twenty five Derek, one of three partners, founded a company called AMC Consulting Incorporated, which specialized in assisting homeowners with Short Sales. AMC was later incorporated to AMC Real Estate Services.
At a very young age, Derek was already very much involved in the Real Estate and Lending industry which has created the very Enduring and Stead-Fast Dependable Professional he is today.
